Simpson Judge is working with a top accountancy practice based in Darlington who are looking to appoint an Audit & Accounts Senior into the team. In this role, you will work with clients from a variety of sectors based around the North-East.

Responsibilities -

• Accounts preparation for a variety of clients

• Running audits from planning through to completion stage

• Responsible for managing a small team on audits

• Preparation of corporation tax computations

• Finalisation of the accounts and corporation tax computations

• Acting as a main point of contact for clients for ad hoc queries

Requirements -

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent

• Ideally had exposure working with SME clients

• Ideally had accounts preparation & management accounts experience

• Cloud accounting experience (e.g. Sage, Xero, Quickbooks etc)
