Hays Senior Finance have partnered on an exclusive basis to recruit a commercially focused Finance Director to an entrepreneurial, growth-orientated SME in Wiltshire who can assist the Directors in driving the business forward through a period of rapid growth and territorial expansion.

Your new role
As the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for:

• Business partnering with the senior management team
• Developing company strategy with high quality analysis and forecasting
• Building, leading, and supporting the high performance finance team
• Driving efficiency and continuous improvement within the finance department
• Ensuring all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation
• Managing all aspects of the finance function

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be an adaptable, flexible and pro-active leader with at least 5 years relative experience in leading a finance department and be enthusiastic about thoroughly understanding the business from the bottom up. In addition, you'll be:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with 5+ years PQE
• Familiar with ERP systems and extracting data from bespoke systems
• Advanced in MS Excel with excellent mathematical skills
• An excellent communicator - verbally and written
