Job Details
This would be a great first management position for someone looking to join a dynamic business working closely with the number one in finance. Previous team management experience is a benefit but not essential.
You will be required to help guide the team through a period of growth and continue to strategically navigate the business as they continue to develop.

My client is second phase start up business that is already a market leading business frequently winning awards and outstanding recognition notes for the work they do.
Description
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts.
- Supporting on preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Management of the finance team including, monitoring work loads, signing off projects and prioritising the more complex issues.
- Develop and maintain the finance procedures and controls
- Additional ad-hoc projects working with the wider finance and business stakeholders
- Frequently engaging with company bankers and PE investors
Profile
The successful candidate must be qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
Able to show team leadership skills.
Strong excel skills.
Flexible and able to change to current business needs.
Excellent communicator.
