Accounts Payable Administrator

Permanent Accounts Payable Administrator, based in Birmingham, paying up to £23,000 per annum.

Hays are excited to be working with a multi award winning company that has over 35,000 employees across the world. As the company has grown into a world-wide success they are looking to add to their team and so are recruiting for a permanent Accounts Payable Administrator.


Your new role
This is a key role within the company with duties including, dealing with supplier queries and investigating discrepancies, processing invoices and matching to purchase orders onto the system, supplier reconciliations, assisting with weekly payment run, processing expenses and creating new accounts and delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders to name a few. You will initially be working from home however will eventually be back to working in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have previous Accounts payable experience within a large company. You will also be familiar with Sage X3. You must be enthusiastic, positive and be confident talking to all members within the business.
