A well established recruitment company in Central London are looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Accountant to join their finance team in the London office. The reason for this temporary vacancy is due to business going through a transformation project, as a knock on effect they need an extra pair of hands within finance.

Your new role
Reporting into a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include things ranging from balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journals, fixed asset register alongside assisting with transactional finance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or similar) and have experience of exposure to management accounts. Any previous experience in a recruitment compant will be an advantage as will being able to do v-lookups and pivot tables. Ambition, desire to learn and being able to work at a fast pace are all important attributes for this role.
