Head of Finance £60,000-£65,000 growing e-commerce business

Your new company
My Client is a fast growth e-commerce retail business. Having enjoyed a number of years of successful trading and Year on Year growth of circa 25%. They are seeking to strengthen their leadership team with the appointment of a Head of Finance.

Your new role
Acting as a 'right hand person' to the managing director, the successful candidate will be number one in finance. You will lead small finance team and be involved in everything from the process improvement of the organisations financial reporting through to acting as lead on a number of high profile commercial projects. The role will be be commercially & operationally involved in driving the growth of the business, working on new product launches and ensuring the commercial viability and profitability of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) You will be ambitious and keen to commercially drive a business forward. Prior experience of working within a growing SME is key, prior e-commerce experience will also be advantageous
