Project accountant for leading real estate business

Your new company
You will be working for a leading real estate investment and services business with a head office in Central London. The business are global and listed.

Your new role
They are looking to bring on an interim accountant to make improvements to the balance sheet reconciliation process. You will be interrogating the balance sheet looking at income/expenses/project accruals to make sure the proper documentation is in place for the audit. There is also the possibility of being involved in month end.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a good technical understanding. You will have had experience with reconciliations and improving processes. You will have great communication skills as will be dealing with people across the business.
