Senior Finance Analyst (Healthcare)

Your new company
One of the UKs leading private healthcare businesses, the company have experienced positive growth in the last few years as their business model adapts to change in customer demand and also through establishing leading referral contracts. As a large scale multi-site business they require commercial teams to drive significant insight into business performance and cost.

Your new role
Working as part of the head quarters team this role is about driving delivery of financials out to the business through KPI dashboarding and strong business partnering.

Duties include

• Working directly with the Commercial Director
• Manage planning cycles
• Support financial planning and M&A activity
• Budgeting and forecasting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a multi-site or healthcare background. With understanding of how to drive financial insight and partnering with operations. Experience of working with a high growth business would be beneficial.
