• This job is on the payroll of the bank.
• This role will work from office (Andheri /Vashi), and candidates will need to travel on their own.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Candidates in and around Thane can apply.
• Maximum age - 32 years
• Shift timings - 9.30am to 6.30pm.
• Calling customers for various sales and service-related campaigns.
• Targets on conversions and cross-selling.
• Cross-selling of various bank products.
• Responsible for quality communication and customer service within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
• Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/ issues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate with good English communication.
• Minimum experience of 6 months in sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills will be evaluated.
• Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable.
• Should be dedicated and display integrity.
