Roles and Responsibilities
1) Voice process (Out Bound Sales Process)
2) Good Communication Skills in English.
3) Should be having 6 months of Outbound experience in Banking or Insurance Process
4) 9 working hours inclusive of 1hr break. 6days working and Sunday weak off Needs to be in compliance with all the operational requirements and work as per the companies norms and policies.
5) Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day Rotational Shift)
6) Immediate joiners Preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Candidate should be Graduate (Compulsory)
2) Should have minimum 6 months of Experience in Banking/Insurance or BFSI process
