Our client is a successful company that has experienced significant growth over the past twelve months. Consequently, they are seeking a talented candidate with exceptional bookkeeping skills to assist the group in improving it's finance function within a newly created position. You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with month end reconciliations using Sage and Xero, carrying out all bookkeeping tasks up to and including the production of management accounts for one of the group companies and assisting the Finacne Manager with other bookkeeping tasks such as invoice and payment processing.

The successful candidate will have strong experience performing control account reconciliations and all bookkeeping tasks through to production of management accounts, including prepayments and accruals. Ideally you will be AAT qualified, CIMA part-qualified or similar. You will need experience using Sage and/or Xero, as well as strong Excel skills.

The company is looking for someone to work on an initial 6 month contract, with strong potential for the role to become permanent if it's a good fit for all. It may be beneficial to be available immediately or at short notice but this is not essential.
