A major player within the Television industry is looking for a qualified Accountant to join their team as a Reward Manager. Reporting into the Head of Reward (an ACA Qual), this team partners with the HR team to ensure consistency throughout the group with regards to remunerations/compensations, pensions and benefits. Initially for a 6 month contract this role will also assist with the implementation and global rollout of a new Compensation Management Systems.
For the right person there is potentially a longer term opportunity.


This role:
  • Support the implementation and global rollout of a new Compensation Management System;
  • Support the annual pay & bonus process; including liaising with the various entities with regards to the review and approval process of their proposals;
  • Analyse reward data, providing recommendations to reduce inconsistencies across the group;
  • Benchmark market and industry rates to ensure the group entities remain competitive in their benefits & remunerations;
  • Support HR to ensure consistency in the Comps & Benefits activity across the group;
  • Support the wider business with ad hoc analysis of HR/Finance data to support new initiatives.

The person:
  • Ideally fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent);
  • Able to demonstrate previous working knowledge in Comps & Benefits/Rewards;
  • Experience of Financial Modelling with advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience of systems implementation would be a benefit;
  • Working knowledge of international compensations & remuneration policies; able to conduct & interpret salary surveys and proficient in benchmarking;
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large quantities of data;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships;
  • Commercially astute, self sufficient, thrives in a fast paced environment;
  • Experience of working within TV, Media, Creative environment would be an advantage.
