your tasks

• Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc support to the marketing and sales teams in all aspects of financial and business decisions to deliver targets;
• Participation in financial forecasting processes (support & challenge to business partners) and tracking results;
• Contribute to ongoing efficiency opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Being in charge of the discounts control process;
• Identifying opportunities for processes & reports for simplification;
• Providing support to Senior Finance Business Partner.

• University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
• Management accounting and preferable financial accounting
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to deal with a large number of data and to present it in simplified manner
• Learning agility, collaborative spirit, results orientation
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing environment
• Passion and motivation for development
• Proactive individual with a “can do” attitude who can work individually and as a part of the team and who is willing to take responsibility for various projects;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Very good communication, organizational and presentation skills
• Very good overall computer skills
• Strong English required
• FMCG experience / knowledge of local markets would be a plus
