Company Profile: A well-established, successful Accountancy Practice are now seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Manager, to manage a small team of 4, as well as continue a hands-on role, by means of supporting clients in implementing Xero software.

This role will focus on assisting both new and existing clients with the cloud-based package Xero.

The right candidate will need cloud accounting experience, particularly with Xero, as well as excellent client-facing skills and recent managerial experience.

The Job:

• Support and manage a small team of bookkeepers
• Ensure the smooth running of the bookkeeping and outsourcing department
• Client training and support on Xero
• Xero bookkeeping assignments

Skills/Experience Required:

• Solid bookkeeping experience
• Expert knowledge in Xero software
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable client facing experience
• Previous management experience is also required
