Accountable for accurate reporting of financial results, controls and assist in managing the
company's regional financial affairs, tax compliance, and adherence to Australian and India GAAP.
Provides high level technical financial and management accounting, tax compliance, reconciliation
skills and required management reports and coaches and guides the Finance Team in these
areas.
CA / CPA qualified
• CA Membership - Company supported
• Australian local experience / Australian GAAP
• Regional SEA GAAP will be favorably considered, especially India, HK, Chinese,
Singapore statutory and compliance exposure
• Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - Company supported
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of Australian Acts, Regulations and standards relating to financial and
management accounting
• 5 - 8+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of
success
• Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
• Results-oriented and metrics-driven
• Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to
communicate and manage staff at all levels
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company

• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel (including Pivot Table and Vlookup)
and financial reporting software, exposure to PRONTO software highly desirable
