Financial Accounting Manager

Financial Accounting Manager required by a successful global business based in Leicestershire.

Your new company
This leading global business are based in Leicester, have an excellent reputation for developing and promoting their staff and due to an internal move are looking to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager to work at their UK HO.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the financial, regulatory and group reporting for a large number of subsidiary businesses in line with the appropriate accounting standards. In addition you will be responsible for the monthly close of the UK business whilst preparing journals, treasury accounting, analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
You will supervise and mentor a small team, ensuring the completion of accurate and timely financial information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will either be ACCA or ACA qualified and be looking to make your first move out of practice, ideally top 10, into industry. You will have a strong background in audit and compliance and be able to demonstrate strong technical and reporting skills. Candidates who can demonstrate technical reporting skills from large listed businesses will also be considered.
