As a Group of over 10 companies, this Senior Accountant job will be an addition to their recently re-structured finance team within the group.

Your new role
This Senior Management Accountant job will be responsible for completing the management accounts for one of the business areas, and will be an integral role in Business Partnering with budget holders to support them in there understanding of their finances and enabling them to link operational activities to financials so they can make sound business decisions.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be qualified (CIMA ACCA or ACA) or qualified by experience who ideally has experience of working with Open Accounts, knowledge of the housing sector and excellent management skills / staff development.
You must be a strong communicator, as strong relationships with the wider finance and group teams are essential, with the thirst for change and process improvement as your commitment to maximising IT systems will be required, along with continuous process improvement and embedding a value for money culture.
