Designation : Assistant Manager
Profile : PHONE BANKING OFFICER
JD:
* Have good awareness of Corporate with entry point links in those corporate.
* Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core
* Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
* Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products enhancement of customer value
* Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
* Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.
* Solve the customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
* Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate.
* Must have experience of More than 1yr in Sales/Telesale/Up selling/Cross selling
* Fixed shifts: 9: 30 am to 6:30 pm.

* 5 Days working (Two weekly offs one fixed off on Sunday and other one on any week day)

• * Graduation Must

• Must have basic computer knowledge

• Must be good in English

• No Sales or Targets

• No Night Shifts

• Day rotational shifts between 7 am to 9 pm only
