Support the delivery team in auditing projects from a compliance standpoint.
Coordinate with all PMs and provide support for delivery related metrics.
Conduct Audit on all SOW to ensure its compliance
Ensure staffing plan compliance
Ensure availability of all client WSR in SharePoint etc.
Collecting data to determine the costs of each project.
Coordinate with management, including with PMs in developing overall project costing budget for various assigned projects.
Ensure that project design and development activities are in accordance with the allotted budget.
Work with project team /finance team in India and in US,in maintaining project database, budgeting, and project cost planning systems.
Calculate profit margins for current and upcoming projects
Allocate and apportion the relevant cost against each project based on T&M, fixed methods.
Analyzing changes in project requirements, to determine effects on cost
Making estimates of new and proposed costs for each project.
Running management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of each project or service.
Assisting in Month and Year-end closing by providing relevant figures.
Qualifications
Qualification: M.Sc.-IT/MCA/B.Tech/Similar.
Minimum of 3+ years of Project Cost Analysis/documentation experience having the responsibilities of the similar activities as per JD given above ,in Software Development/IT service Companies.
Must have exposure in Project management environment and have excellent analytical skills.
Experience in using the Open Air & Share Point are added advantage.
Computer Literate - Strong MS office /Excel skills.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Respect for confidentiality of information laws and local ethics

Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
