Job Details
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be partnering with the group as well as non-finance senior mangement to ensure a robust process and timetable is in place and delivered on time for all regular reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting requirements.

Description
As a Finance Business Partner your duties will consist of:
- Acting as point of contact for the group finance and non finance senior management to ensure efficient communications and understandings throughout the processes.
- Reviewing and analysing performance against forecasts across the businesses, whilst identifying any trends and potential opportunities for a more streamlined approached to ensure delivery of strategic targets.
- Coordinating and delivering the quarterly forecasts, budgets, and reviews of the 5-year plans.
- Supporting with 3rd party requests with any audit queries or request throughout the review of business forecasts.
- Consolidating and analysing financial information for any corporate activities.
Profile
What you need:
- Accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA - fully qualified is essential
- Previous experience within an FP&A team, within a retail/consumer sector is preferable
- Proven experience within commercial finance is essential.
- To be proactive and a strategic thinker
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external experience
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for retail.
