Minimum requirements:
Working hours 8:00 to 17:00 or 7:30 to 16:30
- Bookkeeper to Assist the Financial Manager with the full bookkeeping of various companies within the group.
- The formal qualification will be advantageous Bookkeeping Diploma or Higher qualification.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Must have good working experience on Sage (Pastel) evolution
- Inventory and stock processing on Pastel Evolution.
- Foreign transactions, and possibly multi-currency accounting experience
- Creditor processing
- Cashbook processing
- Invoicing
- GL recons
- Good understanding of creditors and recons.
- Assist with the Preparation of management accounts.
- Strong excel skills.
- Secured and established in her personal life, stable family situation
- Own transport
