Our client, a high-growth and dynamic organisation, with a growing global footprint, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Technology Finance Analyst to join its talented team, as a result of more international expansion. It's is a role with fantastic exposure to the Senior Leadership team, supporting them with decision making and adding real value.

You will play an instrumental part in challenging current ways of working and improve the financial processes of the Technology team, as well as designing KPIs to capture performance for Senior Management.

Main duties include:
* Reporting and budgeting/forecasting for Technology people costs globally
* Partnering with Head of People, providing oversight and challenge on people related investment
* Preparing the consolidated management reporting and working closely with Finance Business Partners to understand financial performance and communicate to senior finance team and COO
* Leading the risks and opportunities process, through developing commercial understanding
* Developing reporting suite, providing genuinely insightful analysis to aid decision making
* Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Building strong relationships with central finance and owning the finance submissions including capex review and P&L summaries
* Assisting in ad hoc tasks as required from the Finance Manager and Head of Finance
* Maintaining financial controls and ensuring robust reporting and budgeting

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic record. You must have a strong mix of commercial and management accounting, reporting and analysis, as well as budgets and forecasts. Aside from this you will have a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a consistently high standard of work.

Aside from a relevant technical and analytical skill set, you must demonstrate exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, due to the highly cross functional nature of the role. You'll be capable of challenging senior stakeholders where necessary, whilst maintaining relationships and trust within the business. You must be a proactive, confident and ambitious individual, looking for an organisation that can support further development and challenges.
