Accounts Assistant Temp 2 Perm

Your new company

You will be joining a start up tech business based in the City of London. You will sit in the finance department reporting to the Financial Director. The role has come about to the company growth rapidly and you will be working from home.

Your new role

• Review and process supplier invoices as they arrive
• Ensure correct coding of supplier invoices
• Work with suppliers to ensure correct invoices received
• Keep payables ledger up to date in Xero
• Generating and submit invoices including any client specific needs (ie timesheets attached, portal etc)
• Work with clients to ensure invoices are paid on time
• Raise and issue credit notes as approved by Business Controller/CEO
• Keep the sales ledger in Xero up to date for all entities
• Ensure coding is correctly applied
• Run monthly DSO reporting
• Ensure correct coding of expenses
• Recharge client expenses per client contract/policy
• Keep Receipt bank users and permissions up to date
