Job Description
Main purpose of the job and key background information
  • Overseeing payroll related Income Tax & Regulatory compliances
  • Accounting aspects and concepts related to payr0ll
  • GST matters in relation to payroll, employee recovery etc.
  • Managing Processes, People Management
  • Coach, mentor and provide professional development to the team including objective development and progress to team members in order to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements
Qualification -Graduate and above
Should have minimum 1o years of relevant experience with focus on -
  • GST matters in relation to payroll, employee recovery etc.
  • Updated technological development in domain of payroll
  • Industry payroll models (both inhouse and outsourced)

Should be well versed and knowledgeable about-
  • Income tax compliance related to payroll
  • Regulatory compliance related to payroll such as PF, Gratuity, etc
  • Accounting aspects and concepts related to payr0ll

Bring a hands-on attitude with strong management and leadership skills
Able to independently problem-solve and make decisions
Expert at attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
