Interim Financial Controller

Your new company
We have been exclusively instructed on this interim opportunity by one our key clients. Working for a highly entrepreneurial group of service-based businesses and reporting directly in to the UK FD. The project duration will be for a period of 6 months.

Your new role
You will act as the Interim Financial Controller to assist the business through a period of transition and change. You will bring the Manchester office in line with the high operating standards to the rest of the group, whilst reporting into the UK FD. You will update internal controls, whilst also implementing change and driving performance and reviewing existing practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working within high profile management environments where you have showcase leadership and productivity improvement. Experience of being able to manage up and down within a challenging and possibly disruptive atmosphere is crucial. The client has requested that you are available to start within short notice.

What you'll get in return
The project will pay up to £400 a day, depending on experience. You will be part of high profile and business critical project. Although this is only a 6 month project, there is a likelihood that the contract could be extended.
