Job Details
Role Purpose:
Responsible for Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting activities for Case Construction India and supporting CNHi India Management on business performance reporting.
Drive the development of budget and forecast for Case Construction India in coordination with all functional controllers with CNHi India finance team
Position Responsibility:
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting activities for Case Construction in India
- Lead Export Market (Excluding India sub-continent export market) Profitability Analysis for Case Construction India
- Cooperate with other finance colleagues to improve processes and standard procedures
Key Result Areas (KRA) / Measures of Performance (MOP):
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting activities for Case Construction India
- Lead Financial Analysis: Gross Margin / OP; Variance Analysis; and Product Line Profitability Analysis, Risk & Opportunities and causals calculation
- Develop and Improve Financial reporting tools for Case Construction India
- Manage Financial reporting of India Market and Legal entity for Case Construction India (P&L & Balance Sheet)
- Oversight on the costs accrual procedure managed by Accounting
- Development of Strategic Business Plan for Case Construction India

- Budget & Forecasting (Case Construction India)
- Financial Planning: Preparation of Budget / Forecast (P&L & Balance Sheet)
- Financial Analysis: Gross Margin / OP; Variance Analysis; Risk & Opportunities
- Global reporting (HFM)
- Development of Strategic Business Plan for Case Construction India
- Development and Improvement of Financial reporting tools for Case Construction India
- Financial Reporting:
- India Market and Legal entity Financial Reporting for Case Construction India (P&L & Balance Sheet)
- Export Market (Excluding India sub-continent export market)
- Product Line Profitability Analysis and Reporting
- Variance (Actual Vs Forecast/Budget) analysis and causals calculation
- Monthly Financial Review with Management
- Enable decision making through reporting of key financial parameters
- Accrual Oversight:
- Oversight on the cost’s accrual procedure managed by Accounting
- Support the finance community
- Adhoc studies and projects, monthly business review, reporting and operational support
