This is a part-time (25-50%) global project role, that contributes to the end-to-end design of the Workday solution . Finance controller for project Fusion will act as a business partner to the project Fusion core teams to provide transparency, identify risks and tracking the progressing of financials based on the latest action plans. This role will support effective business decisions by planning, monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure the project will be executed on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities

  • Business case and project planning and modeling: being the master of the Fusion project business case and managing the APP process.
  • Modeling different scenarios with respective financial evaluation and recommendations to help business decisions.
  • Project actual cost monitoring & forecasting: establishing a monthly controlling process and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data to track the actual cost and saving development of the project in IS/IT and HR.
  • Managing the rolling forecast of the cost development of the project.
  • Performing cost deviation analysis vs APP, vs business case and creating monthly executive report and slides to report out to project steco.
  • Risk Management & Internal Control: assessing risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies and ensuring risk management processes that are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility.
  • Defining and implementing internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.


Your background

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master degree preferred) in accounting or finance or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive controlling / finance experience, and knowledge in IS controlling e.g. gate model, Capex etc.
  • Knowledge about HR organization and operations are an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills and being able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP, Excel and other Microsoft standard applications, knowledge in Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
