This is a fantastic opportunity to join this niche and progressive Financial Services Provider based in West Kent as their new Compliance Analyst - working within a close-knit and inclusive team environment.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the compliance and business leadership teams in providing robust and commercial regulatory oversight across all business areas. The role will involve; Undertaking effective management of the compliance monitoring plan and ensuring the timely review, action and closure of any monitoring and audit findings. Providing periodic regulatory reporting and useable MI to the leadership function and governance forums (inc the Board and regulators as required under the guidance of the Compliance Officer). Support the preparation & submission of timely regulatory submissions to PRA, FCA, & HMRC. Undertaking process reviews, risk assessments and gap analysis, highlighting and mitigating any adverse trends. Support the wider business functions with daily compliance and risk queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an existing Compliance Professional with experience built from within a busy Financial Services (ideally Banking / Insurances) provider. Knowledge and understanding of compliance & risk management frameworks, FCA and PRA guidelines. Along with the undertaking of Compliance Monitoring Reviews and providing robust and commercial regulatory advice is essential. Knowledge of Solvency 2 and IDD would also be desirable as would possessing a relevant compliance and /or risk qualification.
