Howarth Morris are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join £100m+ t/o business near Widnes. The business are financially stable and looking to expand into new markets, and as such, they require a new addition to the commercial finance team to support business growth. In this role the successful applicant will be given invaluable support and training to develop and progress within this highly reputable business.
The Remit
You will assist in the production of accurate and timely management accounts and management information to support decision making, whilst ensuring the quality provision of information and support is given to operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Management Accounts preparation
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting
- Variance Analysis with commentary
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Preparation and review of MI
- KPI reporting
- VAT returns
- Liaise with other departments to improve processes
Candidate Requirements
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part Qualified actively studying
- Proven track record of working within a fast paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience working on ERP systems
