Your new role

This is a full time permanent job that involves more than just collecting the debt. Building relationships with clients and up selling where possible is a key aspect of the job. Your typical duties include; report to the relationship on the quality of debt, ensure profitability via efficient credit control, maintain professional relationships with customers, ensure ledgers are maintained & accurate, proactively spot opportunities with clients & debtors and other key projects. The standard hours are 9am-5pm with some flexibility on start and finish times (e.g. 8.30- 4.30pm).

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must have strong customer service and relationship building skills as well as Credit Control experience.

What you'll get in return

You will be an integral part of the finance function and have access to rapid career progression up to either a executive or a Credit Control Team Leader. If you embrace the job and hit your KPI's after 12 months your salary will increase to £25,000 and then £27,000 after two years- this is purely based on individual performance and not company performance, so you are fully in control of your own progression. As standard you will get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy and sell. You will also; be a part of a company annual bonus scheme, 5% pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, retail discounts, flexibility on working hours, 5% pension contribution from the company, life assurance and many more!
