Fresenius Medical Care Shared Service Center is seeking candidates for the position:O2C Junior Accountant with German & English About Us

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming payments
• Contacting customers to clarify incoming payments details
• Reviewing recipients' accounts and preparing payment requests
• Maintaining and updating the customer base
• Confirming balances with contractors in accordance with the established calendar
• Creating sales invoices in accordance with market requirements
• Analyzing overdue invoices
• Assisting in other day-to-day administrative tasks
• Active participation in the projects conducted by the SSC
• Other specific activities determined for the assigned accounting area
• Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior

Requirements:

• Professional education, Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter (Economics, Finance and Accounting and related education, certification from the Polish Accountants' Association)
• Work experience in accounting and experience in the SSC environment will be an advantage
• Ability to work with ERP systems
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office or related environment (in particular practical knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level)
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Good analytical skills with ability to organize and analyze data
• Fluency in the German language in the business environment (at least B2 level)
• Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2 level)
• Good communication skills with good intercultural skills and understanding
• Future-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive and out of the box thinking personality
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work in a team
