Your new company
Hays are currently working with a well-established property management company in Southend-on-Sea and are seeking an experienced credit controller

Your new role
You will be mainly responsible the maintenance and reduction of aged debt from tenants and will specifically be tasked with:

• Banking allocation across all departments
• Producing a daily report reconciling postings against the bank statement
• Arrears Recovery - outgoing and incoming calls
• Processing card payments
• Producing regular debtor reports
• Account/Dispute resolution
• Invoicing
• General account administration

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday but home working and flexible working options are available.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record of cash collection within a busy environment and ideally have experience in both B2B and B2C collections. You will ideally be CICM or AAT qualified but this is not essential. You must have excellent communication and IT skills.
