Your new role
You will be managing the Payroll function for the UK, EMEA and APAC, this will include vendor management and some start to finish payrolls ensuring the Payroll is delivered to a high degree of accuracy. You will also be focusing on process improvement and taking on any running projects. Benefits management is also a large part of this role, you will be dealing with the renewals and liaising with the providers. For this role you will also have the support of a small payroll team which you will be managing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced International Payroll & Benefits professional who is passionate about improving the Payroll and Benefits function and delivering a high level of service to their employees. The successful candidate will also have people management experience.
