GFO - Global Finance Operation is a Silesian Center responsible for main areas of accountancy such as financial accounting from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable to General Ledger, Fixed Assets or Travel Expenses on a global scale for Rockwell Automation. We speak 11 languages in our Shared Service Center, we provide accounting for more than 80 countries in the world.

Challenges waiting for you

• Processes I/C invoices in a timely manner
• Ensures I/C invoices are coded and posted correctly in the ERP system
• Ensures I/C invoices are settled timely
• Reviews AR and AP I/C aging and resolve outstanding issues
• Monthly confirmation of the I/C balances between company entities
• Ensures all I/C balances are reconciled monthly and performs follow up of differences if occur
• Reconciles account balances in Trintech
• Ensures proper company policies and procedures are being followed
• Identifies and reports process related issues
• Supports other team members as necessary
• Identifies possible process improvements

Qualifications

• University degree - Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Experience on a similar position in shared services environment would be an advantage
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in order to meet tight deadlines
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
