    We are currently looking for candidates for the position:Group Senior Internal Auditor
    Place of work: Warsaw


    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of the business process map and the work program for each audit
    • Conducting the domestic / abroad audits in a combination of onsite and offsite procedures, based on the work program - interviews with managers and staff reviews of documentation, processes, transactions processing, and performing test transactions
    • Preparation of the appropriate documentation showing the extent of the audit procedures, a basis for the selection of tests performed and the results of the tests performed (Working Papers)
    • Communication of the audit findings on the exit meetings to the management
    • Writing audit reports and communication the results of audit to the management
    • Monitoring corrective actions and communication with management
    • Conducting yearly risk assessment with other auditors
    • Recording and updating of audit results in Audit database
    • Conducting approximately 7 - 9 audits / year (some of them in Poland), 4-5 of them outside of Poland. Audits are max 2 weeks, when abroad, staying over weekend there


    Join us, if you have:

    • Min 5 years on internal audit position, the best in the manufacturing or services providing company,
    • Degree from University of Economics,
    • Certificate (CIA) from the IIA, ACCA, CA or other are advantages,
    • Strong written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills,
    • Strong feeling of responsibility for performed tasks,
    • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-tasking,
    • Ability to handle sensitive information,
    • Ability to keep the strict deadlines,
    • Very good written and spoken English ,
    • Ability to handle sensitive information,
    • Driving license B.
