Personal Tax Manager
A leading independent practice seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their growing team.
The role is primarily managing a portfolio of clients and supervising the personal tax team but you would be expected to assist the Tax Partner on ad hoc projects and planning matters.
Responsibilities:
* Looking after a mixed portfolio of private clients
* Managing the delivery of compliance work
* Delivering bespoke advisory work to clients
* Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
* On boarding new clients
* Managing staff at Senior / Semi-Senior level
* Assisting in the training and development of staff
Requirements:
* CTA preferred, or equivalent experience
* Strong technical skills and keen to develop further
* Experience of dealing confidently with a variety of personal clients
* An outgoing approach with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with clients
* The ability to manage staff
