Harper Recruitment Group are recruiting for a talented, pro-active Payroll Specialist to join a leading banking giant, you will be a key part of their Nottingham City Centre HR team.
Duties and objectives of the role will include:
Management of monthly payroll for approx 170 employees
Act as lead on Payroll projects: knowledge of pension schemes, maternity/paternity/adoption, payroll systems and inland revenue, HMRC and national insurance regulations
Implement working regulations surrounding statutory and company sick pay
Manage the third-party supplier to ensure all employee payments are made accurately and promptly
Monitor employee records through the ITrent HR & Payroll system
Producing MI and monthly payroll reports
Overseeing the payroll process
Who should apply?
Recent working experience with ITrent HR & Payroll system
IT Savvy
Proven ability to manage payroll relationships with third parties
Generous holiday & benefits package
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to produce MI and monthly reports relating to payroll
