•Position: Accounts Executive

Introduction
Our client is a leading scaffolding equipment company,providing high quality and safety equipment to the building and construction industry. The company prides itself of the quality of their equipment for the construction industry. Currently they are looking for a accounting candidate to join their Finance and Accounting team at their corporate office at Telok Gong area in Port Klang.
Role & Responsibility
Reporting to the company Accountant, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditure (accounts payable), as well as handling the data entry into the system and administrative part of the finance process. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the following:
•Cash flow management in which you will monitor the daily available fund from AR and AP for payment planning.
•Assist in the preparation of month end closing, ensuring all ledger closing balance are in order and month end journal updated.
Candidate profile
•Male/Female (with occasional traveling to East Malaysia).
•Candidate must possess minimum LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
•Possess 1-2 years of accounting experience; candidate without work experience will be duly considered.
•Computer literate in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel; experience in SQL will be an advantage.
•Proficient in English and BM.
•Enthusiasm to learn and progress within the company.
•Well presented,reliable and punctual.
•Willing to travel to East Malaysia.
This role requires commitment and dedication to the job. This position is based at Telok Gong in Port Klang but include occasional traveling to branch office in Sarawak. This is a stable job with working hours from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm for Monday to Friday and 8.30 am to 12.30 pm on alternate Saturday.
