AJ Chambers are recruiting for a Mixed Tax Supervisor for work in a highly reputable firm's London office

You will be joining a professional, and reputable firm, that has a clear structure and realistic opportunity for progression. You will be initially starting at supervisor level, however there is opportunity for you to progress

Your portfolio will be a real mix of HNWI's, Sports professionals, OMBs and Corporates. You will not be restricted or pigeonholed in the kind of work you can carry out, but will be encouraged to be a general expert for your clients.

Mixed Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:


* Working within the tax department assisting with client issues

* Preparation of tax returns (personal and corporate)

* Reviewing the work of junior staff

* Working closely with both clients and partners

* Assisting with the training and development of junior members of staff

* Suggesting tax planning opportunities for clients

* Communication and correspondence with HMRC

* Communication with and answering queries from clients

Mixed Tax Supervisor Requirements:

* 4 years tax experience

* Good communication skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications

* Good organisational skills with attention to detail

* Good general knowledge of the following areas: income tax, capital allowances, employment taxes, capital gains tax and benefits, and non-doms, capital gains tax, treatment of foreign income, capital allowances, tax credits, and inheritance tax
