Kenneth Brian Associates are partnering exclusively with a well known business based in Leatherhead with amazing modern open planned offices and spectacular views!
We are currently seeking an individual with a minimum of 1-2 years of Accounts experience.
OUTLINE OF THE ROLE:
This is a varied role which will give exposure to all elements of an accounts department. Working as part of the accounts team the role will help ensure the smooth running of the accounts function within the business.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in the preparation of Sales invoices
- AP
- Purchase Ledger
- Multi Currency experience
- Checking and querying Purchase invoices
- Coding and entering Purchase invoices
- Dealing with day to day supplier and Client queries
- Contacting and liaising with suppliers
- Data entry and invoice validation
- Various admin duties to support the finance function
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Whilst formal qualifications are not necessary, it is expected that the successful applicant will be numerate and have a good analytical mind.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge level of MS Excel and the rest of the MS Office Suite. High level is desirable
- High attention to detail and well organised.
- Confident personality - Must be able to discuss issues with both suppliers and clients.
- To be flexible and self-motivated and work as a team member.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar Role
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting software
