Our client is a boutique accountancy firm based in Reading seeking to replace an individual due to retire. The role will be split as follows: 60% Audit vs 40% Accounts

The firm have developed a strong client portfolio which ranges from individuals to medium sized companies based throughout the Thames Valley and Home Counties. The successful individual will also be managing a team of 10 and assist in coaching and developing the more junior members.

You are ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 40% audit background who has led on audit to Supervisor level and who is looking for a business that can offer a good work life balance whilst opportunities for career enhancement
