She joined as a Trainee and worked her way up to Partner level. When I asked what's kept her here for so long, she commented,

So, the role itself. Well, it's a mix of Audit and Accounts. In the early stage of your role it'll be a 50/50 split so you'll get the broad experience you need to complement your studies. As you get close to finishing your exams (which you'll get full study support for), the role will shift to 80/20 in favour of Audit.
