Payroll Manager/Supervisor - Based near Rickmansworth - 12 Month FTC - £40.000 - £50.000
My client is one of the UK's leading FMCG businesses that is currently going through a period of transition. My client has been voted by the Sunday Times as one of the Top 100 companies to work for.
Key Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of payroll staff

Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
-
Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner

Direct the preparation of payroll related documents
-
Administer benefit plans
-
Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
-
Compile data from payroll sources
-
Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
-
Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
-
Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems
What you will need to be successful:
-
3+ years' experience in a similar role
-
Previous experience managing staff
-
Intermediate excel skills
-
Be available at short notice
