Harper May is currently working with a large group of Educational Academies based in South London. They are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and creative work environment. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for commercial strategy and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Business partner with department heads to proactively reduce costs and drive the business forward
• Working closely with the Head of FP&A on business strategy including undertaking regular market analysis
• Forecasting future growth rates
• Responsible for production of divisional planning outputs, including complex planning work
• Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Communicate and present analysis to senior stakeholders
• Use analytical skill and commercial acumen to challenge business stakeholders to Influence key business decisions

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• You must have luxury retail experience
• 2-3 years working in a commercial finance role
