We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team and as an innovative and ambitious business you would be joining a great team, who have a united passion to succeed.
You will ensure accurate and timely finance administration is maintained for our business whilst reporting into the Finance Manager. Your duties will include purchase ledger and sales ledger work, bank reconciliations both manually and on a computerised accounts system, and you will assist with month-end and year-end. Daily banking, maintaining cash flow sheets, VAT returns, update payments spreadsheets and dealing with any anomalies that arise. As our Finance Assistant you will be the point of contact for customer and suppliers invoice queries, and you will liaise with our Accountants as required. An experience of online banking systems and a good level of Excel is desired but it you have the basics we can train you.
Our team is collaborative, hard working and we like to have fun at work. We work in a relaxed office with a casual dress code and enjoy team events and days out to celebrate our successes.
The role is paying £22k basic and we have excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and private medical insurance. We are really flexible and you will have to opportunity to work from home as part of your role once fully trained. This role is live and we are ideally looking for candidates who can start immediately, we would like this to be on a temp to perm basis for one month.
