An award-winning mid-tier tax team are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager for their Southampton office because of sustained growth.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, mostly OMBs, that vary in size from pre-revenue to large groups with international operations, where you will deliver an efficient and effective full corporation tax compliance service.

In addition to this, this Corporate Tax Manager opportunity will offer significant advisory opportunities. With plenty of opportunities to work with Tax Partners, typical projects may include transactional tax support in areas such as group reorganisations, MBOs, acquisitions and disposals, to R&D tax credits, international taxes and succession planning.

The successful individual is likely to be ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified and have the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge across a range of corporate tax matters.

Whilst the role will be based in the Southampton office, highly flexible home working arrangements are on offer, as well as both part-time and full-time individuals will be considered.
