Power On Connections are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and are the market leader, designing and delivering new electricity and fibre connections from inception to adoption. Power On Connections are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Administration Team Leader and Finance Manager. This full time, permanent position is based at our office in Leicester.

We are looking for someone ideally with previous Administration or Finance Administration experience. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must be experienced using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -

* Setting up projects in Microsoft AX

* Generate weekly payments for suppliers

* Receipt of Purchase order numbers in Microsoft AX

* Monitor and process weekly purchase order reports

* Processing of VOR's, including updating payment profiles and AX Microsoft

* Load Invoice Requisitions onto SharePoint

* Setting up new customers in Microsoft AX

* Appreciation and understanding of Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger

* Support the month end process by ensuring timely completion of transactional processing before ledger close
