Our client is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller ideally from the property or insurance sector.

Candidates must have solid experience in credit control and arrears recovery with a proven track record of aged debt reduction. An interest or background in insurance or property management. Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and related programs.

You will also possess excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner. Be organised and meticulous in their approach to daily tasks and capable of meeting deadlines and handling large work volumes.

On a daily basis you will be:

• Banking allocation across all departments
• Producing a daily report reconciling postings against the bank statement
• Arrears Recovery - outgoing and incoming calls
• Processing card payments
• Producing regular debtor reports
• Account/Dispute resolution
• Invoicing
• General account administration
