Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to join a growing organisation based in Weybridge? Our client are seeking a Credit Controller who will be responsible for following up with customers on outstanding balances and account queries.

The role of the Credit Controller will:

Be responsible for clients and to make sure they pay on time
Deliver a first class customer service and building excellent relations with all clients
Update the accounts receivable ledger with payments received
Carry out any investigation into why old invoices have not paid
Make sure credit notes not cleared
Issue updated statements
Have regular review of the accounts receivable ledgers
Ensure all receipts have been allocated
Assist with month end closing the accounts receivable ledger
Respond to enquiries received from customers and internal
Complete and carry out specific set-up forms
Making sure tax certificates are received on time
Provide the supporting documentation to auditors

To be considered the Credit Controller will:

Have previous experience within a similar position
Be organised and able to prioritise work load
Have outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Be confident in working with multi currencies
Maintain the ability to meet deadlines
Be adaptable to change and works well under pressure
Have excellent Excel and MS Office skills
Maintain previous knowledge of accounting software
Be a confident communicator and have the ability to build good working relationships
Have a positive working attitude and be flexible
