Responsibilities
The client is seeking a committed and ambitious Qualified
Accountant with strong Treasury Experience to fulfil an exciting and new role within its head office environment.
* Overall management of the treasury function covering cash and liquidity management, risk management, financing and working capital management across the University.

* The Treasury Manager is responsible for the provision of treasury planning, management and compliance for the University. This includes forecasting cash requirements in the short and medium term, predicting requirements for additional loans, ensuring liquidity needs are met, and effectively managing cash reserves. They will lead on loan covenant compliance and reporting and manage the endowment portfolio to make best use of this asset base.

Management and review of the groups lending facilities including monitoring conformance to covenants and the wider review of adequacy of facilities across the group.
Qualifications/experience required
Qualified Accountant,
* Good knowledge of group treasury processes and policies.
* Demonstrable experience of risk management and debt raising.
* Ability to communicate and deliver treasury strategy and projects to board level stakeholders.
* Demonstrate understanding of treasury products, structures and systems in the market.
* Experience of planning, managing and executing treasury projects.
